Tyler Cameron Joins Ryan Serhant’s SERHANT. in Jupiter

Tyler Cameron, best known as a breakout star from The Bachelorette, is taking on a new title: licensed real estate agent. The television personality and entrepreneur has officially joined Ryan Serhant’s fast-growing brokerage, SERHANT., where he will be based out of the firm’s Jupiter, Florida office.

Known for its content-driven approach to real estate and its recent national push into key luxury markets, SERHANT. opened its Jupiter office in 2024. Now, with Tyler Cameron onboard, the company is leaning further into local presence and brand-forward strategy.

“There’s no better leader,” Cameron said of Ryan Serhant in an interview with PEOPLE. “There’s no one making a bigger splash in real estate than Ryan Serhant.”

Real Estate as a Natural Next Step

While some may see Cameron’s transition as a career pivot, the 32-year-old Florida native has long been embedded in the world of real estate and construction. His business, Image 1 Construction, was featured in the series Going Home with Tyler Cameron, which followed his home renovation projects around Jupiter, including the emotional restoration of his late mother’s house.

Tyler Cameron has also been active as a real estate investor, a passion that gradually turned professional.

“I’m always looking up properties, trying to find the next property for myself,” he explained. “And then my friends started hitting me up like, ‘Hey Tyler, can you help me find a property?’”

That interest eventually led to a conversation over breakfast with Ryan Serhant, which, according to Tyler Cameron, shifted his mindset completely.

Why SERHANT.?

Founded by Serhant, the star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York and Netflix’s Owning Manhattan, the brokerage positions itself as more than just a traditional real estate firm. SERHANT. describes its agents as real estate entrepreneurs, equal parts strategists, content creators, and brand builders.

“They have brands and they’re as much creators as they are salespeople holding open houses,” Serhant told PEOPLE. “I’ve known Tyler for a long time. Deep down, he’s a great guy. He is a good person, he’s an incredibly hard worker, and he understands our business.”

For Serhant, Tyler Cameron brings more than name recognition. His work ethic, community ties, and growing real estate experience make him a strong asset, particularly in a region like Jupiter, where SERHANT. is actively expanding.

“He’s been doing flips, he’s been doing investments, he’s got a great reputation,” Serhant said. “And he’s in a market that we are very, very active in. I think he’ll be a great addition to our army.”

A Personal Connection to the Industry

For Tyler Cameron, the choice to enter real estate was also deeply personal. His mother was a successful real estate agent in Jupiter, and his father was a general contractor. The pairing of sales and homebuilding shaped much of Cameron’s early life and career values.

“She was an incredible agent down here, and it’s a cool way to honor her,” he said. “I have these saved letters from people that have worked with her about just how unbelievable she was with customer care.”

That people-first mindset appears to be a defining trait of Tyler Cameron’s approach to his new role. He recalled how his mother continued to support clients long after the deals were closed, driving them to appointments, checking in on their needs, and staying in touch.

“She just loved taking care of the people,” Cameron said. “And I find myself to be like that. I’m a people person. I want to help people out, and I feel like there’s no better way to do that than helping them find their house and making sure they’re comfortable, and it’s the right house for them.”

Leveraging Fame, Not Depending on It

While Tyler Cameron’s reality TV background could have been seen as a distraction in a more traditional industry, Serhant sees it as a strength. In the highly competitive real estate market, agents are often differentiated by their personal brands and reputations.

“When you are an agent and you’re helping people buy and sell homes, people aren’t coming to you to buy a home,” Serhant explained. “They’re coming to you to buy a home from you. So your ability to build a platform and brand awareness goes a long, long way in our business.”

That platform is one Cameron has been building organically, from The Bachelorette to Going Home and beyond. Now, as he turns his focus toward helping others find the right property, Tyler Cameron appears ready to do what he’s done at every stage of his career: lean into his community, work hard, and build something that lasts.
