For the second consecutive year, Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity Marketing Group, has been named one of the Top 100 CEOs of large companies across the United States and Canada. The recognition comes from Comparably, a leading workplace culture platform that bases its rankings entirely on anonymous employee feedback.
Over 70,000 companies were evaluated to determine this year’s list. Bryan W. Adams was chosen on the basis of good employee ratings across almost 20 categories such as leadership, culture, compensation, career growth and overall workplace satisfaction. His inclusion places him alongside executives from companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Delta.
Founded in Dallas, Integrity is a national leader in life and health insurance distribution, as well as a key provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions. Under the leadership of Bryan W. Adams, the company has expanded rapidly while maintaining a people-first approach that has become central to its mission.
“As Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity, Bryan has always brought an exceptionally clear vision of the transformation our company can enact on the industry,” said Steve Young, Chairman of the Board at Integrity.
“His forward-thinking, innovative leadership style continues to make that vision a reality today. Bryan has led the movement to bring together the traditionally fragmented areas of life, health, and wealth protection into actionable, holistic solutions that better serve consumers,” he added.
Comparably’s recognition reflects not just company performance, but employee sentiment gathered over a twelve-month period. Thousands of Integrity employees participated, providing unfiltered insight into how they perceive leadership and company culture. For Bryan W. Adams, the award is more a reflection of collective achievement than personal accomplishment.
“While I’m honored and humbled to receive this award, I personally see it as a recognition of the collective commitment and collaboration of our larger Integrity family,” said Bryan W. Adams. “That includes all the employees, partners, agents, advisors, insurance carriers, and financial institutions we work with.”
Since its founding, Integrity has prioritized an integrated approach to life, health, and wealth planning. Under the guidance of Bryan W. Adams, the company has introduced a suite of proprietary platforms, including LifeCENTER, MedicareCENTER, LeadCENTER, MarketingCENTER, and Ask Integrity. These tools are designed to support agents and advisors while improving the client experience.
Bryan W. Adams has also focused on creating a culture that supports long-term growth and employee ownership. The “Putting People First” initiative at Integrity has been central to this effort. It offers meaningful benefits and has contributed to the company earning additional Comparably awards in categories such as Best Company Outlook, Best Company Leadership, and Best Company for Women.
Mike Wingate, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Integrity, emphasized the importance of Bryan W. Adams’ influence as the company scales. “As a leader, Bryan has taken a deliberate and thoughtful approach to fostering company culture as Integrity’s footprint has expanded. His purposeful efforts have ensured that Integrity’s core values permeate our growing presence and guide our decisions and interactions.”
The company’s broader impact is also reflected in its philanthropic efforts. Through the Integrity Foundation, employees participate in community initiatives that include the annual Integrity Gives Back Toy Drive, which has donated more than 80,000 toys to pediatric-focused organizations. The foundation also supports playground builds and other local service projects in underserved areas.
Bryan W. Adams sees these activities as extensions of the company’s mission. “I’m proud that, together, we are building a future where securing life, health, and financial well-being is easier and more human,” said Adams. “Each stakeholder plays an invaluable role in seeing our vision realized.”
Adams isn’t just transforming Integrity, he’s shifting expectations for what modern leadership in financial services can look like.
Tom Schueth, also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, highlighted his strategic direction and its effect on the company’s long-term focus by saying, “Bryan is firmly committed to humanizing the insurance and financial services process through meaningful innovation. Under his direction, Integrity is fulfilling its vision to serve American families by providing the industry’s most holistic planning solutions.”
Bryan W. Adams has helped position Integrity as a company that meets people on their terms, with support that is personal, flexible and modern. As the company continues to evolve, the consistency of that mission is earning industry-wide respect and setting a higher bar for what leadership can achieve.
